Portable Edge Bander KM-450

The KM450 is our latest model and has been updated with a new exterior and the new functions are detailed below:

  • Upgraded lightweight glue tank allowing for increased capacity with little extra weight.
  • Temperature control module for adjustments depending on band material and thickness.
  • Integrated speed control module for speed adjustments during operation, without interrupting banding process.
  • Recommended materials: melamine paper band, wooden band and plastic (PVC) self-adhesive edge bands.
  • Work surface must be kept clean and free of dust or other particles.
  • Suitable for low to medium temperature hot melt adhesive (melting point below 200°C).
  • The portable edge bander can provide finishing for wooden boards, shaving boards, MDF, particle boards and any panel which can be adhered to the hot melt adhesive.
  • Supported operation shapes: Straight, Irregular, Inner-Arc, Outer-Arc, Circular. (Radius must be above 20mm) Frame length is not limited.
